Onze 45 jaar oude oerhollandse Doerak 780 AK – de VW bus onder de motorjachten – is toe aan een schilderbeurt en wat onderhoud. Agnes ligt nu in een loods in Zaandam. Vanmiddag hebben we de natte uitlaat uitgeboort omdat hij van binnenuit na 45 jaar totaal was weggerot. We willen geen koelwater in de boot, dus dan moet je wel aan de bak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nu is het een gat – waar straks een nette RVS huiddoorvoer in komt – met daar omheen 4 zelf getapte M4 gaten voor de bevestiging daarvan. Meteen ook maar de stokoude gietijzeren \u2018waterlock\u2019 vervangen. Agnes zo nu een stuk stiller moeten zijn dan voorheen. We gaan het beleven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
